We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
Processing time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

- Free shipping on orders over £6.95
Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it right away. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or weather, but we'll always do our best to help track down your order.
