Materials & Care
Our jewellery is handcrafted using a mix of new and preloved vintage buttons, paired with stainless steel backs and clip-on findings. As buttons are sourced from a variety of eras and origins, materials may vary — some pieces may contain different grades of steel or mixed metal components.
Please handle all pieces with care and avoid applying excessive force, as buttons may detach if pulled or snagged.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, and store flat away from items that could catch or tug at the buttons.

WARNING: Not suitable for children under 3 years.
This product is not a toy. It contains small parts which may detach and pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of young children. Adult supervision required at all times when worn or handled by children.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings (including studs, hoops, drops, and clip-ons) cannot be returned or exchanged. If your earrings arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us at buttonandbloomjewels@outlook.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Packaging
All orders arrive in our signature plantable wildflower seed card packaging — designed to be planted after unboxing for a little bloom of joy. Postage boxes are also made from 100% recyclable materials.
